::TERMS OF SALE::
Order Processing
All in stock orders are processed and shipped within
48 hours. Please allow 7-10 days for domestic delivery and up to 21 days for
foreign delivery.
Backorders
If one or more items from your order are out of stock,
we will notify you via email that your order is backordered. If an item becomes
discontinued, we will send an e-mail to notify you and then cancel the order
for that particular item. We do not charge your card until the item ships. We
ship the in stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items separately
when they come in. If your order requires two shipments due to backorder, you
will only be charged for shipping the initial order.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to return or exchange items that have
not been worn or washed within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns
or exchanges for Compact Discs, Records or any other form of recorded media
after they have been opened unless there is a manufacturing defect. If this
is the case, we will replace with the exact item only and reimburse you up to
$4.50 for your return shipping costs. There are no additional shipping charges
for exchange of defected items. There will be a $4.50 handling charge for all
other exchanges. Any further requests regarding your order must be made within

Payments
The preferred method of payment is Paypal. Orders
submitted via Postal Service must be paid by a Money Order Only. Made payable to
Blue Harp Inc.
Please do not send cash.

UPS ground insured. Or United States Postal Service with Delivery confirmation.

International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service - Airmail (small
Packet), recorded delivery.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for international delivery. A receipt must be enclosed
